Vacant Property Maintenance
and Occupied Properties

As a reminder, Code Enforcement, DPW, and local contractors are still scheduling vacant properties that need grass cutting. Some properties have already been cut.

Code Enforcement and the Sanitation Inspectors are inspecting properties daily from a pre-defined list to determine if the grass needs to be cut, as well as inspecting for other violations.

We are receiving a large volume of calls and e-mails to cut grass. All residents, please be advised that work orders are being placed to cut grass, and that occupied properties are being issued warning notices or summons.

Please be patient as we continue this project.
