Hosted by on-air radio personality, Shaila from 94.7 The Block. The event featured Mayor Shaw's address, acknowledgements from state and local politicians, as well as performances by The Abraham Clark High School Jazz Band, Flavor One Band and poetry by Ortavia Wisdom.
