Building Department

The Building Department is responsible for code-compliant construction, all construction permits, and performs inspections for residential and commercial properties in the Borough of Roselle. For detailed information on state code requirements, please refer to the Department of Community Affairs website. 

Effective immediately the new code in effect is the 2018 IBC/IRC code, New Jersey Edition.
