Instructions for Code and Zoning Enforcement

During the closure of the Borough, you are required to mail in all applications. 

Applications for Code Enforcement and Zoning Enforcement can be found at Boroughofroselle.com home page, under the “forms” tab.

You may mail the application to:  Borough of Roselle, 210 Chestnut Street, 2nd fl, Roselle, NJ, 07203. Bring to the attention of “Zoning” for permits. 

Bring to the attention of “Code Enforcement” for all other applications, with the exception of the Building Dept. (see the dropbox for building dept.). All payments must be in the form of a money order, bank or business check.
