SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

FEBRUARY 24, 2023 AT 4:30 P.M.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Roselle have scheduled a Special Meeting on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 4:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber of Borough Hall, 210 Chestnut Street, Roselle, New Jersey for consideration of the following:

AGENDA TO THE EXTENT KNOWN

ORDINANCE ON FIRST READING & INTRODUCTION – Ordinance Number 2705-23

A BOND ORDINANCE – GENERAL BUILDING IMPROVEMENT (Public Hearing March 15, 2023)

Formal Action will be taken at this meeting. Portion of the meeting will be held in Closed Executive Session. This is an open public meeting. Notice of this meeting was sent to the Star Ledger and the Home News Tribune on February 21, 2023. In addition, copies of this notice were posted in a prominent location in Borough Hall, as well as on the Borough of Roselle Website.
