BOROUGH OF ROSELLE PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE MONDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2021 AT 5:30 PM NOTICE OF THE BOROUGH OF ROSELLE PLANNING BOARD FOR THE SCHEDULING OF A SPECIAL MEETING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW JERSEY OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT, N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: A Special Meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Roselle has been scheduled for Monday, October 25, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., in the Courtroom, Borough Hall, 210 Chestnut Street, 1st Floor, Roselle, New Jersey, 07203. The purpose of this Meeting is to address and review the following agenda item: Rose Homes, LLC requests Preliminary and Final subdivision and Site Plan Approval for property located at 1201-1203 Warren Street, Roselle, New Jersey, also designated on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Roselle as Block 2602, Lot 22; into two (2) lots along with certain deviations from the Central Roselle Redevelopment Plan and the Borough's zoning ordinance and any and all other relief deemed to be appropriate by the Planning Board. This Meeting is open to the public. Portions of the meeting may be held in Executive Session. Official Action may be taken.
