E 3rd Ave & Chestnut St. - Avoid Area, Roadways Are Closed

Telephone pole and transformer down on top of a box truck with power lines in the roadway at 3rd and Chestnut. 200-300 of Chestnut Street & 100 block of both east and west 3rd Ave are all shut down.

All vehicles (including public transportation) and pedestrians must detour. Roadways will be closed until the scene is safe and the power lines are restored. Avoid the area and plan alternate routes.
