Public Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Roselle is announcing the sale of delinquent taxes and delinquent municipal charges. The sale shall be conducted through an online auction. The listing of all parcels and delinquencies and costs, along with bidding instructions, are available online for viewing at no cost. The sale will be conducted on the 1st day of December 2023 closing at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on the website https://roselle.newjerseytaxsale.com

 

ANYTIME PRIOR TO THE TAX SALE, THE TAX COLLECTOR WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE ON THE PROPERTY WITH ALL INTEREST AND COST INCURRED BY CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  PLEASE CONTACT THE COLLECTORS OFFICE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT NECESSARY TO BE REMOVED FROM THE TAX SALE. PLEASE NOTE THE AMOUNT ON THE TAX SALE LIST DOES NOT INCLUDE CURRENT INTEREST WHICH MUST BE COLLECTED IN ADDITION TO THE AMOUNT ON THE TAX SALE LIST TO HAVE A PARCEL REMOVED PRIOR TO THE TAX SALE.     

IN THE EVENT THE OWNER IS ON ACTIVE DUTY WITH THE MILITARY, THE COLLECTOR SHOULD BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
